it's a pyramid business

Pros

upbeat environment, members are fun.they offer great classes free membership with employment up to date equipment potential to make a high salary (as long as you're prepared to commit 98% of your time to the company)

Cons

they do not help you build your clientele very competitive between trainers (almost cut throat) high expectations really sucks the fun out of training - don't fall into the corporate trap

free gym, casual dress, booze at parties and most of all weather in san fran...awesome for sure, no joke.

Cons

management is horrible to its people, they dont treat eveyone the same, in most cases they act like they dont know you.
