      Nearly Dangerous lack of Communication

      Pros

      Refrigerated year-round, plenty of fresh chlorine to breathe. Lots of chances to advance for Spanish speakers, particularly family. Rewards for looking busy, regardless of results.

      Cons

      There are plenty of tight areas where one can be caught by a fork truck. Poor structural integrity on maintenance-built equipment. Training and feedback is minimal for employees.

      Tough Job but honest work

      Pros

      Great work place awesome co-workers. The job is tough and days can be long but at least I know at the end of the day I an go home tired and satisfied that I did the best job i could have done and knowing I want to go back tomorrow to do it all over again. With new systems going into place for shipping I personally am excited to see how the company grows and how well we can work as a team. Shipping is a great place to work at Crunch Pak

      Cons

      Working in shipping can be tough we work hard and we run all over the place climbing up and down from forklifts while also dodging those same forklifts.
