Pros

Catered foods on Tuesday breakfast and Friday lunches. Still feels like a startup even though it's been around for 20 years.

Cons

Fairly old tech stack and management may pushed to people to work to their breaking points.

Fun benefits. Good people at all levels. Cool office (5th floor only). Comp is OK on development side. The CEO is a good person.

Cons

Operates almost like a family business at times. Toxic culture and personalities are heavily normalized. Painfully slow business practices.
