Pros

The Atlanta office personnel are professional, reasonable, and competent. Nothing I write in my review of the Chicago office applies to the other offices.

Cons

I worked in the Chicago office, where there is a revolving door of associates. So far, 80% of the associates have not lasted a year. I didn’t gain meaningful experience working here, had little autonomy, and was micromanaged and belittled frequently.

CM really is how they sell themselves to be….flexible work schedule, hands on experience, training and support and a warm, inclusive culture. Just this month I participated in book club, a pickleball tournament, a workshop on personal finance, King of Pops treats - and all of these included both attorneys and non-attorneys!
