One of the few places as media buyer will have access to health insurance, a 401k, and other benefits.

Cons

Facebook is the only platform being used so revenue streams are limited

We have a very open culture where executives really listen to feedback and ideas. The company trusts their employees and gives superstars what they deserve. With the fast paced-growth of the company, the value to "improve every day" lives up to its name as we all work together collectively to challenge the status quo every day to deliver the best and service to our clients.

Cons

The company is still fairly young, so the benefits aren't as extensive as what an enterprise company can offer (yet).
