Great training for agents starting their careers. Crye-Leike College is great.

Cons

Take 30% commission before the you take home $30k per year on top of other monthly fees. Only goes down 5% after every additional $10k.

Pretty chill work environment; but everything else is terrible.

Immediate management is good, great co-workers, and chill work environment.

Cons

Horrible pay, CEO still thinks its 1985, barely have the tools needed to get the job done, constant back and forth struggle with the executives to try to improve the company.

Health Insurance options are not great and Company does not put anything in towards it. Also doesn't include spouse. Better to get insurance elsewhere.
