It's not difficult and you get to drive everywhere.

Cons

Extremely low pay, no benefits, no holiday pay, no sick days, no vacation. You're only hired as a permanent as needed employee. Basically, you're a non-respected lowest paid nobody representing the third largest private realty company in the United States. It was definitely just a get by job.
