They do have a training program. You have the option to work with a agent xmd she gets half of your commission

Cons

The other realtors will not help you. It is up to you to hustle and grow. Big deals that call are given to broker.

Flexible work schedule, most co-workers are tolerable.

Cons

Very, very outdated office equipment. Absolutely zero room for growth. Very stingy with pay, don’t expect to be paid even close to what your worth & never expect a raise.
