      Company culture is so so. Pay on time.

      Cons

      The engineering team is a revolving door. Lots of attrition. Terrible culture. They hire people and do not give much ramp up time and keep you on toe. No long term career growth for software engineering. Not sure about other departments.

      Fast-paced, teamwork environment, inspiring leaders, great benefits, stock options, 401(k) plan with matching.

      Cons

      Parking situation at the Irvine facility needs to be improved. Cars are double and even tripled parked at times.
