      Experience driving an class B.

      Cons

      You're a bar code employee. Management doesn't care about you. If you try to get help they look down on you. Management talks bad about past employees Management act like children. "Cool kids club" mentality. The pay is setup to keep you working for low/average wages. You'll make more money at an hourly scale just working 40 hours a week. The bonuses are a scam you loose 50% in taxes, you might as well go hourly and get 5 hours of overtime a week. HCC wants 45+ a week. You have to be a boot licker, and not question anything.

      Pros

      Company provides all of the necessary tools to do your job when you arrive for work. Uniforms( including a boot program), PPE and safety required equipment, and Well maintained vehicles Allow you to confident confidently approach your your job each day.

      Cons

      Field technology is a bit clunky. Does not always work the way it should. CRM is proprietary and very restrictive. CRM is not even as user friendly as gold mine or ACT 20 years ago. Very challenging to Set up and maintain Your sales game. Operations are often silo-ed in a given location and and it does not seem that there is help beyond your local manager.
