Cons

Keywords above is "used to." Pay was mediocre. Pretty sure appointment numbers were being inflated and favoritism can be noted. Managers can be your best friend one minute and treat you like crap the next, killing motivation to do good.

Health insurance is good. People who work here are great.

Cons

Frequent pay changes. If you make too much money, they change it so you make less. Low commission percentage, low base salary. Lack of sales support staff. Reps are expected to sell and service. Quick to raise prices on services, slow to offer discounts to maintain current accounts and grow business. Most high level management has a one size fits all mentality. Will not adjust pricing to be competitive geographically. Most revenue streams come from a dying business model.
