Too many ill patients too little help.

|Loved the patients. |Liked the shift hrs.

Cons

Not enough help to serve the patients properly. |Exausting work with out the help, not enough pay. Metro Hospital pays 3|$ to 4|$ per hr more, not as exausting work better employee schedruling.

easy work, get to leave early on some days

Cons

they tell you on bad weather days- if you call off, you get an attendance point but if you arrive late, you wont get an attendance point vacation & sick time are all in one PTO they only hold the good workers accountable.
