      Pros

      easy work, get to leave early on some days

      Cons

      they tell you on bad weather days- if you call off, you get an attendance point but if you arrive late, you wont get an attendance point vacation & sick time are all in one PTO they only hold the good workers accountable.

      Nice, steady work

      Pros

      The job is pretty easy, the patients are great, the providers are nice, and the supervisor is easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, some of the more experienced people here have grown resentful of their work. They aren't helpful and have stopped giving quality care to patients, they destroy any positive sense of community.
