Quick resolution of issues if any related to HR and payroll. Allows flexibility to choose technology, career and training. Accomodating, transparent and friendly management.
Cons
Less number of h1b workers. This leads to disparity in skill level as company's employee base will become predominantly highly skilled local workers. Will lead to lesser suplementing to skills at junior levels and will require contracting.
