Pros
The team here is really supportive and passionate, and most of the people you'll work with are able to leave their ego at the door. I've never bumped into someone who didn't make time to help me with something, regardless of how busy they might be. Some of the best people I've had a chance to work with, work here. Crystal has a growth structure in place for those who want to climb "the ladder". If you're a "go getter" and want responsibility, you can get the opportunity to do that here. Management at all levels really seems to care about the individuals working here.

Production schedules have been a challenge in the past, but honestly, no different than other places I've worked.
