Pros

Great people, very creative atmosphere. High ambitions and willingness to iterate to get the best result.

Cons

Demanding work with very high expectations, overtime was expected. This did change after the game shipped and a lot of talent left.

great support from IT and other teams supportive of learning new tech they do hire VERY talented people

leaders that dont care enough lacks passion for the product doesn't listen to good ideas less crunch, less catered meals and NO tickets
