      Good company if looking for a spot to be long term

      Pros

      ESOP Company which means you get to be part-owner of the company which allows for big retirement money.

      Cons

      All decisions are made to save money right at that moment, things like training and keeping their employees happy are not the main priority.

      Pros

      Decent salary. Expenses paid on time. 401k. If you hang out long enough to be vested you can get ESOP.

      Cons

      Titles count in this caste system. Unless you can prove your merit with a title are male and over the age of 50 your opinion matters not. Very little gender diversity in any management position. Promises are made and not kept. Management won't put their ego aside long enough to invest in technology that works or is from this decade. They refuse to acknowledge the constant infighting and completion between departments. Thinks that their 90+ year history will keep their clients, just because.

      None to speak of, lots of other local firms that offer more.

      Cons

      Current CEO has an EGO as big as they come. He can't accept accept the fact that the down hill path is a direct reflection of his own personality, micro management and probably greed. What company has the entire HR department quit ???
