      Pros

      I had the good fortune for working for this company for 2 years. I've had the opportunity to get mentored well which seems to be difficult to find these days where every project is dictated by time and schedule. They really care about you. A good company to work long time for. They do reward long time employees.

      Cons

      Benefits is pretty skimpy. Otherwise no major complaints.

      Very good entry level company.

      Cons

      The supporting staff if horrible. Accounting department will my rude/ignorant comments. This company has had so much potential. But always manages to run them off.

      CTL lets employees think and act outside the box. Incentives are there for the person who comes up with money-saving ideas. Most departments works as cohesive teams.

      Cons

      CEO sometimes resorts to temper tantrums and flys off the handle before getting all the facts of a given situation.
