Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule. I was able to work on a huge variety of projects. In my department, my skills were valued. I could develop new business opportunities if I could find the clients.
Cons
Pay is lower than peers. Low morale. I saw numerous lower level staff taking advantage of absent managers or managers who do not enforce rules (2 hr + lunch breaks, leaving early, coming in late). Some senior management are micromanagers. Corporate office says safety is most important but really profit is.
