      Decent pay, Easy job, Busy on weekends.

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed. I tried to ask for shifts 6 hours or shorter on weekends because I'm still in school and have chronic joint pain. They said it wouldn't be an issue, but next week I checked the schedule and they scheduled me for two back-to-back 8-hour shifts.

      Decent pay starting out, close to minimum wage within Minneapolis. Great coworkers and usually awesome customers, it's very easy to build a relationship with them.

      Cons

      Upper management can make things extremely stressful.
