Pros

-great hours compared to other companies I’ve worked for. Only 45-50 hours per week. -lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the company

Cons

-any FT employee of Cub can be transferred at any time. Hourly employees get two weeks notice before transferred. Salaried employees may get less notice.
