Pros

The staff at my location was wonderful

Cons

It's a big corporation, so any requests or concerns don't get a good look at unless you are very pushy. Time off can be difficult.

Pros

Making some tangible changes to upgrade and update the tech of the company.

Cons

ASD should forget about having a weekend EVER. More than enough labor and talent available to give every Director every other weekend off like some competition but in this regard expectations and practice remain firmly in the 70s and 80s.

Pros

Some coworkers make the days go by faster

Cons

Upper management makes bad decisions that could easily be avoided by talking to the employees. Get off your high horses and listen to the people who actually do the work.
