Pros

They copycat Amazon's shopper model

Cons

Harassment is not taken seriously and concerns are met with gaslighting. Probationary workers are cut loose without reason if they feel like there are liabilities. A training video juxtaposes the word "big" with an unnecessary clip of an eggplant, utilizing some creepy subtext. Lifting instructionals also mentioned and emphasized "buttocks" as if it was normal and wouldn't make anyone uncomfortable. Overall, the Cub grocery at The Qarry in Minneapolis is a very hostile and exploitative place to work and I highly suggest that anyone subjected to the training materials seek class action. P.S. the shopper phones are bugged. DO NOT take them into the restroom.
