Pros

Services are contained in their own area. The department manager is readily available. Usually a teamwork atmosphere

Cons

Understaffed so you are overworked most days. Cub really hates to promote to full time (Get's out of giving benefits to their employees) so career employees get really stuck and/or very frustrated. Asked to do a lot. Hours were really cut for part-time last year I was there, so it wasn't even good money. If someone did not call in sick or something, it was a rarity at the time of my leave. Not a lot of care for low-level employees. Not a lot of room for advancement.
