Pros

15-27 hour work weeks for part time. After a few years you can get 39.9 hours a week.

Cons

This is no longer a place to work if you are an over achieving person. You will be “rewarded” with more work for the same pay and passed up for advancement by outside hires. Part time employees have zero chance of becoming full time. All full time employees are being forced out in an attempt to replace them all with two part timers each. All while the part timers do the bare minimum because they know their hours are capped at 27 a week with no chance of being full time, ever. If you got “lucky” and became full time like I did, management will make your life as stressful as possible so you leave. Someone is on vacation overnight tbis week, you have to work overnight to cover now. Work early at 6am? We will have you work until 10pm the day before!
