Poor management Customer Service Mangers do not care about their job they don't hire people at all after multiple people leave clear bias in the workplace very few good union benefits if any on a slow decline in sales and customers NO TRAINING

You don't need to make an extra stop before heading home for groceries... You're already there.

Cons

A store can only have x amount of full timers so getting hours further down the road may not be an option. If you go over your hrs one week, management will cut your hours the following week. You pay union dues and when it comes time to benefit from this the union can't actually help you. All things are left to corporate bs or "store policy". I didn't come across anyone who felt they were properly trained or felt they had the resources to learn. Employees didn't want to be there. Management undermines one another.

Literally nothing, there is no pros at all working here except, oh wait, nothing. All you have to do is nothing

Cons

Employees in other departments treat you like crap, they think they can boss you around. Also when you first start some people think they are the manager and make you do all there work for them. Clean team is a pain in the butt in the winter and the other departments don’t care about you whatsoever.
