Pros

Management was compassionate I was able to negotiate for a higher wage starting out. ($11 instead of $8) Access to a lot of hours

Cons

Culture is total window dressing. Management is caring, but their hands are tied from actually helping you with most things. Another business where you sign a contract stating you won't strike Most everyone there is overpaid, and there are very few full-time employees because of not wanting to give out benefits. You can fight to be the next in line for this, but whats the point for so many of the people there?

Pros

Its a good place for kids to work high school jobs that do not involve flipping hamburgers.

Cons

It's not exactly a career.
