Pros

Benifits, pay, pension plan, flexible schedule.

Cons

overnight hours, store managers/ corporate employees need to work with employees better instead of working for the money and investors.

Pros

there aren't too many to mention.

Cons

standing on the "anti-fatigue" mats - what a joke! Sometimes, no supplies, i.e. paper towels, cleaning spray ( to clean the belts), tape of any kind. Management has too many expectations from their employees and really no gratitude for a job well done. Morale is VERY low.
