Pros

Seniority as management so I received decent hours. I was a FT employee otherwise you are never guaranteed over 15 hours....some people would fluctuate from 15-35 hours week to week...difficult to plan your life/pay for bills when your hours get cut so bad.

Cons

Upper management is awful. Super dramatic employees. Lots of gossip-its like going back to high school...and that goes for everyone- the upper management was probably the worst. No one takes you seriously or tries to help you. Lots of jealousy and ridiculous people that need to grow up.
