Pros

weekly pay checks decent pay (for retail) know how to close stores (they have done it enough times)

Cons

horrible management (corporate level mainly) cutting labor too high sales per man hours lack of direction no empowerment for employees (department head or otherwise) on and on and on...

Pros

Cub was a decent high school job to work at. The hours were decent, a lot of the management I had positive experiences with. The pay wasn't great, but it was good enough for me.

Cons

Mundane work, working with customers, some of management was unmotivated due to their established union wage. There was almost no room for advancement at the store level, so that left me with a lot of disgruntled coworkers
