Schedule flexibility, a lot of raises, customer interaction, always kept busy, lots of different things to learn and do, good environment

Cons

No room for advancement, customers not listening to our policies, thefts, putting back all the things customers didn't want, registers freezing

Pay check , sorry things are bad. Lots of turnover from my level and up. Labor has been cut back to ridiculous levels.

Cons

Upper Management very poor. Running company into the ground. Many people hoping Kroger will buy Cub. Many people looking for other jobs.
