Pros

Nice people. Some discounts. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Always short-staffed. Long hours on feet. Picky about stupid things. Filthy. More responsibilities does not mean more pay.

Labor intensive and hours suck. Whole company is old and not up to date.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Enjoyed the interaction with the customers. Decent pay. Good benefits!

Cons

Too many to list. Mainly, I've never seen a company that everyone wants to get out of, and I mean everyone. The only reason why I would recommend this job to anyone is to put food on the table. This corporate business bullies you if you do anything they don't like. This is a former department manager talking here too. I've seen so many of my coworkers quit or retire...very sad. This company used to be bearable, but not anymore.
