      - Days you want off are given - Schedules involving school is granted immunity from horrible retail hours

      Cons

      - Everything - Horrible ''anti-fatigue'' mats - It's been 5 months working here I still don't know who my supervisor is - Horrible training when you get to your location - Horrible coworkers, if you're not gonna go to work and make other people cover your shift then LEAVE - Favorites are a thing - Only get promoted if you're their favorite

      Lots of fun people to work with and the pay is great for a part time job.

      It's a big company, so knowing where to go and what to do on your first couple days is overwhelming.

      You don't have to bag. OMG. BEST THING EVER! You can throw it down the lane and it's no longer your issue.

      Cons

      You have to clock out during break. Target doesn't do that.. And the mats aren't doing much. Lots of back pain.
