Pros

Your part of a bigger store, which is nice. Upper management cares for employees, in a friendly atmosphere. The store is store itself is smaller which makes it easy to learn.

Cons

Can be boring at times. Not any perks or bonuses as we are past of a larger entity. Some employees seem to lack motivation.
