Pros

Amazing co-workers, excellent managers, consistent hours, paid trainings. As employees, we are treated with respect from our supervisors.

Cons

Aside from the fact that as a cashier, there are little opportunities for advancement within the company, I truly have nothing to complain about.

Pros

We have amazing health insurance. Also, most of the dept. heads, and csm's are amazing, hardworking people. They are the ones who keep the store running.

Cons

Poor management, hostile work environment, low morale. Issues of employees are not handled in a timely manner. It is just not a good environment to be working in.
