Pros

Great Pay, the company buys in lunch every week.

Cons

Hours /PTO are not very flexible, even though you work in corporate you are still required to clock in and out using a time card. Management a little out of touch, and are from predominantly small cities with little to no understanding of outside cultures. Which is disappointing being that Cub Foods at the ground floor ( grocery stores) really focus on inclusion.
