Pros

The checks always cleared on time

Cons

You will be given contradictory demands by multiple suits who have never worked in retail stores and expected to do ALL of them in less than 40 hours/week.

Pros

Always busy, colleagues are very friendly and fun. No day is the same

Cons

Corporate office does not care about its people, they only see us as machines and try to squeeze out every ounce of work while cutting labor to the bone and increasing product prices. No matter what you do it will never be good enough for them. If you are someone who can easily not care this would work, but if you are a perfectionist/want to try to do what they ask, it won't work.
