Pros

I liked my coworkers. Cub pays decent, although they couldn't make up their mind how much they wanted to pay new employees hired into my store.

Cons

Everything about my job was a challenge. I worked 800 hours OT in just less than two years, leaving me with six and seven shifts per weekfor weeks on end, and corporate did nothing to help. They forced me to take overpaid and incompetent new hires, and favored the bigger stores. Me and my strap were basically treated like cattle. I chose to find employment elsewhere because I had finally had enough.
