Pros

I guess I would say nice employees and the paycheck always was on time. I have nothing else positive to post on their behalf.

Cons

The managers are very stressed all the time and it has a trickle down effect. I have worked for other grocery chains, on the west coast, and can tell you that Cub Foods is not a good company to work for unless you cannot find employment elsewhere.

Pros

- Days you want off are given - Schedules involving school is granted immunity from horrible retail hours

Cons

- Everything - Horrible ''anti-fatigue'' mats - It's been 5 months working here I still don't know who my supervisor is - Horrible training when you get to your location - Horrible coworkers, if you're not gonna go to work and make other people cover your shift then LEAVE - Favorites are a thing - Only get promoted if you're their favorite

Pros

You don't have to bag. OMG. BEST THING EVER! You can throw it down the lane and it's no longer your issue.

Cons

You have to clock out during break. Target doesn't do that.. And the mats aren't doing much. Lots of back pain.
