Pros

Nice coworkers and there is always something to do

Cons

Pay rate isn’t fair, the store is actually really nasty, one of the managers is a perv and slightly racist, pop machine will steal your money, will yell at you for no reason.

Avoid working for Cub

Pros

Generally good benefits and pay. Shifts can be somewhat flexible.

Cons

Unify the company who acquired corporate cub stores is destroying the company. Corporate management is extremely toxic and shifts blame on store wokers. Unify is attempting to remove our pension, right to strike, and other union rights and benefits. Maximum vacation is 4 weeks and takes 15 years to get. Not a pleasant company to work for.
