Pros

- Customers and co-workers were nice. - Good pay for a first job.

Cons

- Was fired without warning for an arbitrary reason after making the mistake of reporting COVID symptoms. If you want to keep your job, apparently you have to lie about your health status since it was so blatant. - Store director kept booking me on the wrong days, leaving me with nothing to do sometimes. Had to go ask another department if there was anything they needed help with due to this. - Useless union, didn't provide work gloves for workers that have to deal with frozen foods so your hands would be sore from handling the food sometimes.

Lovely regulars and co-workers. It's a relatively easy job, but has its demanding moments. Holidays particularly being terrible.

Cons

! No union at the Wine & Spirits stores ! Stingy with their Full Time Positions The management is usually the issue, with almost all of the boy's club that is corporate, not knowing what they're doing. Other than that, the job is the same as any other minimum wage customer service job. This one just has some extra responsibilities
