      Produce was nice with seeing all the display changes throughout the year

      Cons

      Wages go up slowly every 6 months or so. Doesn't matter if you work harder than others. Currently capped at 15.25. Full time is given rarely. Has to maintain a certain part time to full time ratio. Most part timers are students so they tend to leave which means less full timers.

      Pros

      Some pros of working at cub is being surrounded by lots of nice people! Everyone was welcoming and it wasn’t too stressful.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to be done, so there isn’t a lot of down time.
