Pros

A pleasant office with critters running around. Some decent staff. Free food and beverages. Good Medical and dental insurance. Good central location.

Cons

The Executive Level Management is a group who don't let others in. Employees who should be promoted and recognized aren't. There seems to be a great deal of imbalance between the sexes here. If you are female you are asked to do things never asked of your male counterparts. They will also be paid more. While I was there we were pressured to attend events outside of work hours. If you didn't show up there was a chance you would be called out and shamed by the CEO in front of the company. Employees are afraid to speak up on most issues. The company is also very understaffed. The work life balance is awful for some employees while others work with little pressure and special treatment. Nepotism is an understatement. This is a place swimming in family and friends of the CEO. Some just not qualified. The employees who care are at the mercy of a completely unstable plan that always changes. It's very hard to feel any sort of success here. The demands are too high and there is not much support by management. The Executive Level Managers say one thing and do completely another. It is impossible to get ahead here if your not connected.

Pros

Nicer office then some i have worked at events nice coworkers

Cons

unprofessional managers no real job security this company promised me so many things that were bs. I haven't worked here long and just found out there were some terminations right before Christmas. A longer term coworker told me they have done this to people in December multiple times. I am scared for my job and my manager isn't supportive. He likes to make you feel like you are never working at your best. I also overheard one of the executives talking about employees in a very negative way when she didn't think anyone could hear. It feels like a sort of "club" here that most aren't part of. I passed on another opportunity to work here and I wish i would have taken the other job. Alot of the employees here talk about how bad and how fake the executives are.

Pros

- Dog friendly office for HQ employees - Open PTO policy (though no real time to take PTO, everyone is always way too slammed) - Benefits

Cons

- There is never enough in the "budget" to hire appropriate number of staff members for each department, and when they do decide to do so, it takes months of promises for them to bring on more staff. Every single department is significantly understaffed - most employees have way more on their plate than they can manage. - Similarly, they make a lot of promises and reassurances that take months to deliver on, if ever. - Very sporadic changes, very frequently, with very little preparation or planning for anyone. Sometimes changes will be in place for months before half of the stuff is aware. - More focus is put on how to sell more, when it should be put on fixing the current product. - The sales team does not seem to be provided with sufficient training, or they are let off the hook for forgetting their training when they sell things that do not exist. - Training, across the board, is non existent. Everyone is expected to figure it out as they go with very little support or guidance.
