Pros
The culture is one of the main reasons I would recommend Intific - working here feels like being part of a community where collaboration and experimentation is welcome. Project selection is done very carefully, based on the way team members will work together and produce the best end-product. Working at Intific has provided me with so many opportunities to expand and refine my skill set. Because Cubic (which Intific is under) is a multi-national company, it is part of my daily tasks to work with people all around the world. In doing that, my team has had the opportunity to learn and be more mindful about the different cultures we are creating products for. We have a wide variety of projects on the go at a time, so it's easy to stay interested, and to keep growing - there is very rarely a time where I am not excited to go into work in the morning.
Cons
Because Cubic is a such a huge company, there can sometimes be multiple levels of approval for a task to be accomplished. The management at Intific handles this challenge by keeping everyone in the loop of what is going on, and they continually work hard to make sure the work and culture doesn't get bogged down by the motions of those issues.
