      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management believes in "High Performance Culture" and promote employees who falls under this category. Salary range is satisfactory for all level. If any employee has less salary according to their job grade, management gives them good hike during merit cycle. Appraisals are always good comparing to other top rated MNC. I am very happy to be a part of this organization.

      Cons

      Company is planning to provide home pick and drop facility since long. But it is not fixed yet because of COVID 19. Once the WFM ends, this can be finalized.
