      Good salaries and benefits. Care what employees think.

      Not very automated though trying to implement ERP. Lots of different automation tools in place but no consolidation.

      Pros

      Since the business unit I was working under was purchased by Cubic it has only been a positive improvement. Sure there have been news systems and changes in the day to day running of the business. However, If I have a question or problem it’s address promptly and professionally. I have experience multiple career steps during my employment. I hope to continue to work for Cubic long into the future!
