      -Toxic work culture -What have you done for me lately mindset -Arrogant, overconfident and incompetent new executive management layer on the transportation side -Chronic layoffs and cost cutting with offshoring to India

      Pros

      The people are great and the work is important.

      Cons

      Since being acquired, there are only a couple profitable business units. It seems like majority of the business lines are being sustained so they can be sold off. RIFs are the only constant.
