      Pros

      The company's benefit cannot be beaten, even after it became less generous. If you're someone who can do the work with little hand holding, then this company is the right fit for you.

      Cons

      There was little communication from the company before it was sold to Cubic, and after it was sold there was almost no communication from the management.
