Pros
Working as just an intern, I initially didn't have many expectations but I came to really love my workplace. My boss is understanding, the pay is great, the benefits are good, the flexibility is wonderful for going full-time to school. I really feel noticed for hard work and leave with a sense of accomplishment.
Cons
There are problems internally (management and communication), though they are continuously being improved. Deadlines induce a panic and it can be confusing at times. The first month of interning can be dreadfully slow until you find your spot on projects.
