Leadership has no understanding of the industry. Private equity continues to destroy the company. All jobs being shifted to India even when the role shouldn’t be there. Hired BCG who also doesn’t understand the industry. Lack of investment. Legacy tech did not age well Took away most benefits. Insurance plan is terrible. Won’t admit they are doing layoffs even as they are escorting people out Have a RTO mandate but are crushing people into smaller spaces. No vision, no investment, no commitment to employees Again if you are not in I dia you won’t get access to tech, tools, or people to do your work.
